В докладе говорится о стратегии развития российского образования и воплощающей ее образовательной политике государства, в котором обосновывается несоответствие декларируемой и реальной образовательной политики, проявляющейся в фактической подмене гуманистической парадигмы образования рыночно-конъюнктурной моделью.
