Влияние работы за монитором компьютера на моно- и бинокулярное зрение учеников старшего школьного возраста

Abstract

Для изучения моно-и бинокулярного зрения под влиянием 1 часовой беспрерывной зрительной нагрузки у старшекласников было обследовано 116 учеников с эмметропической рефракцией. Исследование показало, что 60 минутная зрительная компьютерная нагрузка ухудшает зрение как правого так и левого глаза, отмечается нарушение монокулярного зрения. Проведенное изучение состояния бинокулярного зрения на основании оценки хроматического угла зрения и хроматической стереоскопии показало, что одночасовая зрительная нагрузка у старшеклассников, существенно его ухудшает

For the studying of visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and colos perception under influences of 1 hour visualload in senior schoolchildren was observed 116 persons with emetropy refrection.The results indicate changes of indexes and different efectivity of using renewal excercises for the eyes
