
В статье изложены результаты психологического исследования на определение взаимосвязей между эмоциональным выгоранием и копинг-стратегиями педагогов с разным стажем профессиональной деятельности. На основании полученных результатов представлены направления деятельности, направленные на профилактику эмоционального выгорания педагогов.
The article presents the results of a psychological study to determine the relationship between emotional burnout and coping strategies of teachers with different professional experience. Based on the results obtained, the directions of activities aimed at preventing emotional burnout of teachers are presented.
