Психологические особенности личности педагогов с синдромом эмоционального выгорания

Abstract

ВКР посвящена построению факторной модели взаимосвязи личностных особенностей и компонентов эмоционального выгорания педагогов. А также проведению теоретического анализа психологической литературы по проблеме эмоционального выгорания, по проблеме личностных факторов, описан эффект выгорания у педагогов. Подобраны методики и с помощью их изучены личностные особенности педагогов с эмоциональным выгоранием. С помощью статистического программного обеспечения построена факторная модель взаимосвязи личностных особенностей и компонентов эмоционального выгорания педагогов.
