Abstract

The article examines the practical aspects of using the possibilities of the system of additional education for the legal education of children and adolescents. It also shows the mechanism of using the legal resources of the children's and youth public organization «Caravel» for constructive resolution of conflicts in specific situations of violations of the rights of minors in various municipal educational institutions of Ekaterinburg.

В статье рассматриваются практические аспекты использования возможностей системы дополнительного образования для правого просвещения детей и подростков. Также показан механизм использования правовых ресурсов детско-молодежной общественной организации «Каравелла» для конструктивного решения конфликтов в конкретных ситуациях нарушений прав несовершеннолетних в разных муниципальных образовательных учреждениях г. Екатеринбурга.
