Modern requirements in the field of protection of children's rights and interests are primarily aimed at ensuring favorable conditions for the development and upbringing of preschool children, as well as social and legal protection of children. The Declaration of the rights of the child is the first international document that protects the rights of children. Parents and public organizations should aim to recognize and respect the rights of the child. A teacher in the field of preschool education is the main participant in the pedagogical process, including legal education. his task is to constantly improve his approaches, look for more effective forms of interaction and legal education of parents, with the aim of psychological safety and health of the child.
