
This article is devoted to the problems of training and retraining of employees using "flexible" soft-skills. A review of "flexible" soft-skills and "hard" hard-skills skills has been conducted. Recommendations have been drawn.
Настоящая статья посвящена проблемам подготовки и переподготовки сотрудников с помощью «гибких» навыков soft-skills. Проведен обзор «гибких» навыков soft-skills и «жестких» навыков hard-skills. Сделаны рекомендательные выводы.
