This study aims at developing information technology to synthesize a model of interaction between enterprises in the real sector of the economy and the financial structures of the state. The technology is based on the use of a functionally-targeted approach that implements the principle of goal-setting in the synthesis of control structures. This approach provides a rational justification for management decisions in the "bank-business" system in terms of their compliance with the interests of the state.

Предлагается информационная технология синтеза модели взаимодействия предприятий реального сектора экономики с финансовыми структурами государства. Технология основана на использовании функционально-целевого подхода, реализующего принцип целеполагания при синтезе структур управления. Такой подход обеспечивает рациональное обоснование управленческих решений в системе «банк-бизнес» с точки зрения соответствия их интересам государства.
