
Newest technologies are increasingly used in modern production of machine components. This graduate project represents the analysis of plane and curved surfaces, recesses, holes machining by using milling, drilling, reaming manufacturing operations. This project aim - analyze the advantages and disadvantages of machining parts with CNC milling machine and machining simulation by determining processing parameters and surface quality of the detail. The results are compared with TopCam MTS software data which were obtained during modelling of machining process. This program makes easier not only an engineer - technologist job, but the machine operator's job as well. In the project analyzes the manufactured parts workability. For selected parts created the manufacturing process. Appended a machining program with TopCam MTS program and integrated it into CNC milling machines. Fixed machining modes and calculated time needed for machining operations. Compared the calculated time rate between estimated time of MTS application modelling and real-time processing of the parts. Checked the roughness of the surfaces in the MTS simulation program and compared the data obtained with measured actual surface roughness parameters.
Šiuolaikinėje mašinų gamyboje vis plačiau taikomos naujosios technologijos. Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe buvo nagrinėjamas plokštumų, kreivalinijinių paviršių, išėmų, skylių apdirbimas jas frezuojant, gręžiant, plečiant. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti detalių mechaninio apdirbimo su SPV frezavimo staklėmis ir apdirbimo modeliavimo privalumus bei trūkumus nagrinėjant apdirbimo parametrus ir apdirbamo paviršiaus kokybę. Gautus rezultatus palyginti su TopCam MTS programinio paketo modeliavimo metu gautais duomenimis. Šios programos dėka yra palengvinamas ne tik inžinieriaus – technologo darbas, bet ir staklių operatoriaus darbas. Darbe išnagrinėtas gaminamų detalių technologiškumas. Sudaryti dviejų detalių gamybos technologijos keliai. Detalėms parašytos apdirbimo programos su TopCam MTS programa ir jos integruotos į SPV frezavimo stakles. Nustatyti darbo rėžimai ir apskaičiuotos laiko normos. Palygintos apskaičiuotos laiko normos su gautomis modeliavimo metu MTS programa ir su realaus apdirbimo metu išmatuotu apdirbimo laiku. Paviršiaus šiurkštumas, nurodytas MTS modeliavimo programoje, palygintas su realiai išmatuotais detalių paviršių šiurkštumo duomenimis.
