Abstract

Признание за ребенком права жить и воспитываться в семье актуализирует проблему деинституционализации как основной стратегии профилактики сиротства – признание ценности семьи, материнства, отцовства и детства. Выше сказанное актуализирует необходимость разработки и внедрения Программы психолого-педагогического сопровождения биологической семьи воспитанников учреждений для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей.
