Мониторинг качества деятельности педагогов дошкольной образовательной организации

Abstract

Изменения, происходящие в обществе, определяют качественно новые требования к педагогическим кадрам. Для организации сопровождения непрерывного профессионального развития педагогов необходимы эффективные механизмы, к числу которых следует отнести и мониторинг. В работе рассматриваются актуальные вопросы мониторинга качества деятельности педагогов, а также его возможности, содержание, компоненты и показатели. Проделана систематическая работа по организации и анализу мониторинга качества деятельности педагогов, которые позволили выявить дальнейшее направление в работе.
