Оптимизация профессионально-личностной направленности педагогов дошкольной образовательной организации

Abstract

В работе рассматривается психолого-педагогический феномен профессионально-личностной направленности педагогических работников дошкольных образовательных организаций с точки зрения различных подходов. Представлены результаты развернутого психологического эксперимента, проведена оценка эффективности экспериментальной работы, в том числе разработанной программы оптимизации профессионально-личностной направленности педагогов дошкольной образовательной организации, реализованной в рамках деятельности Педагогического Клуба.
