Abstract

В первой главе автор рассматривает теоретические и эмпирические подходы к современному управлению образовательной организацией, во второй главе описывается опытно-поисковая работа по теме исследования. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что автором разработана и успешно апробирована модель управления современной общеобразовательной организации на основе матричной структуры управления.
