Общественно-государственные механизмы управления развитием профессионально-технического образования в советской модели модернизации

Abstract

В статье изучается преемственность некоторых структурных принципов при формировании механизмов развития, использовавшихся на различных этапах советской модернизации, оказывавших определяющее воздействие на систему подготовки рабочих кадров. Анализируются причины снижения эффективности взаимодействия учебных заведений по подготовке рабочих кадров и базовых предприятий в последние годы советской власти.
