Abstract

Объект исследования - управленческое консультирование в системе кадрового обеспечения АПК Свердловской области. Предмет исследования - алгоритм деятельности консультанта по совершенствованию подготовки и закрепления кадров для АПК Свердловской области. Цель исследования - разработка алгоритма действий консультанта по формированию мероприятий по обучению и привлечению молодых специалистов в АПК Свердловской области. Структура работы следующая: работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списока источников литературы из 59 источников. Текст работы проиллюстрирован 29 рисунками, 1 таблицами, 2 приложениями.
