Формирование правовой компетенции старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности

Abstract

В работе раскрывается проблема формирования правовой компетенции старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности. Дается психолого-педагогическая характеристика старшеклассников, раскрывается понятие правовой компетенции и описывается структура правовой компетенции. Характеризуется формы и методы формирования правовой компетенции старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности. Представлен анализ деятельности школы города Екатеринбурга по формированию правовой компетенции старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности, приведены результаты диагностики сформированности правовой компетенции старшеклассников, предложен комплекс мероприятий по формированию правовой компетенции старшеклассников во внеурочной деятельности.
