Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы современной системы высшего образования, связанные с процессами глобализации. Дается обоснование подготовки специалиста, владеющего знаниями территории и навыками анализа происходящих государственных, региональных и местных процессов в условиях глобализации экономической деятельности.
