Диалогическая установка как регулятор межличностного понимания в профессиональной деятельности практического психолога

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ диалогической установки как смысловой, формирующейся в процессе профессионализации практического психолога и определяющей продуктивность понимания другого человека как индивидуальности. Описывается экспериментальное исследование проявлений диалогической установки в межличностном понимании. На основе анализа текстовых данных выделена факторная структура межличностного понимания, включающая диалогическую и монологическую тенденции.
