Abstract

Esse artigo tem o propósito de analisar a contribuição da Psicologia Positiva e da Comunicação para a Performance Empresarial. O que nos direcionou a esse tema foi o questionamento sobre qual a contribuição da Psicologia Positiva e da Comunicação para a Performance Empresarial. Para tanto, foi necessário busca na teoria um aporte sólido a partir da definição de psicologia positiva e suas articulações; a relação entre PNL e comunicação; e a comunicação positiva e performance empresarial. Como resultado é possível observar um melhor entendimento dos fatores envolvidos com o surgimento tanto de emoções positivas quanto de negativas, onde permite uma maior compreensão da condição humana diante das adversidades. Também foi possível aferir que a PNL facilita a comunicação dentro do ambiente empresarial.
