Considerando la constante evolución del modelo de familia tradicional por factores interestatales (personales, jurídicos yeconómicos) e internacionales (migraciones) que originan nuevos modelos de familia, resulta necesario conocer si estos modelos gozan o no de reconocimiento jurídico y por ende de la protección familiar dispuesta por la Constitución Política del Estado y leyes pertinentes.
Considering the continuing evolution of the traditional family model interstate factors (personal, legal and economic) and international (migration), giving rise to new family models, it is necessary to know whether or not these models enjoy legal recognition and protection thus family arranged by state constitution and laws.
