Abstract

Se planteó el problema ¿Cuáles son los factores de riesgo asociados a lesiones precancerosas del cuello uterino en mujeres atendidas en el Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia – Huaraz, 2014- 2015? Con el objetivo general: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a lesiones precancerosas del cuello uterino Investigación Observacional analítico de casos y controles, se seleccionó una muestra de 366 mujeres, Casos:183 con lesiones cervicales y Controles: 183 sin lesiones cervicales. Se usó como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos, la información se procesó mediante el programa SPSS V. 24, se aplicó las pruebas estadísticas Chi2 y el OR. Resultados: Los factores de riesgo que mostraron asociación estadísticamente significativa (p < 0.05) fueron: Edad (mayores de 35 años) ( OR = 1.94) bajo grado de instrucción (OR = 1.84), estado civil de convivencia ( OR = 1.67), procedencia rural (OR = 3.92), Inicio de Relaciones sexuales menor de 16 años ( OR = 29.51), Mas de 2 parejas sexuales (OR = 16.06), VPH ( OR = 2.51), multiparidad ( OR = 17.21), MAOC (OR = 1.70) antecedentes familiares ( OR = 3.13). No se observó asociación estadísticamente significativa entre la edad del primer embarazo y el consumo de tabaco y lesiones cervicales (p=0.678, OR=2.02 IC 95%:0.37-11.18. La lesión más frecuente fue LEIB con displasia leve + PVH con un 30.7%. Se concluyó que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre factores de riesgo personal, sexual y reproductivo con las lesiones precancerosas de cuello uterino
