Abstract

El propósito del presente estudio fue determinar la relación entre la calidad de servicio y satisfacción percibida por los pacientes que acuden al área de obstetricia del centro de salud materno infantil. Para lo cual se formuló el problema General: ¿Qué relación existe entre la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción percibida por los pacientes que acuden al área de obstetricia del centro de salud materno infantil comunidad de Yanahuanca Y como hipótesis General: Existe una relación positiva entre la relación de servicio y la satisfacción percibida por los pacientes que acuden al área de obstetricia del centro de salud materno infantil comunidad de Yanahuanca Nuestra población estuvo constituida por 100 pacientes que acuden al área de obstetricia del centro de salud materno infantil comunidad de Yanahuanca, el instrumento empleando en el estudio fue el cuestionario de calidad de servicio y la satisfacción percibida por los pacientes que acuden al área de obstetricia del centro de salud materno infantil en comunidad de Yanahuanca cuya validez porcentualmente alcanzó puntuaciones de 95,34% , 96,12%, 96,72% respectivamente para cada variable. El coeficiente de confiabilidad fue realizado mediante el alfa de Cronbach por lo que la confiabilidad del cuestionario es igual una 0,883 que según, Herrera (1998) alcanza una puntuación de confiable. Las variables competencia lingüística, sociolingüística y competencia comunitaria intercultural se ubicaron y nivel bueno, 100 pacientes que representan el 80,82% con respecto a las variables de estudio.

The reliability coefficient was performed using Cronbach's alpha, so the reliability of the questionnaire is equal to 0.883, which according to Herrera (1998) reaches a score of reliable. The variables linguistic, sociolinguistic and intercultural community competence were located at a good level, 100 patients representing 80.82% with respect to the study variables.
