Abstract

Dentro de los procesos de integración en el mundo, es necesario resaltar la experiencia del proceso de integración experimentado en nuestra región a partir de la suscripción del Acuerdo de Cartagena (26 de mayo de 1969), que en su evolución institucional en las últimas cinco décadas ha creado un sistema normativo propio a su historia, prácticas y organización denominado Derecho Comunitario Andino, que se ha manifestado en el Sistema Andino de Integración a través de acuerdos políticos, jurídicos, parlamentarios, económicos, educativos, migratorios, sanitarios e industriales para beneficio de sus integrantes.

Within the integration processes in the world, it is necessary to remark the experience of the integration process that has happened in our region since the subscription of CartagenaAgreement (May 26th of 1969), that in it’s institutional evolution in the last five decades has created a regulatory system own to its history , practices and organization called Andean Community Law, which has manifested in the Andean Integration System through political, legal, parliamentary, economic, educational, migratory, sanitary and industrial agreements for the benefit of its members.
