La utilización de entorno personal de aprendizaje como una herramienta generadora de conocimiento permanente.

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es elaborar una propuesta de taller virtual destinado a la formación docente de profesores de educación especial, mediante la modalidad e-learning o b-learning con base en la utilización de diferentes dispositivos. El fin es brindar los conocimientos necesarios a los docentes en actividad o en su último año del profesorado para poder crear, junto a cada alumno, un Entorno Personal de Aprendizaje, asistiendo a sus necesidades y sacando provecho a las tecnologías de apoyo. Este proyecto se desarrolla dentro del contexto institucional perteneciente a una Escuela de Educación Especial para Adolescentes y Adultos con Formación Laboral en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, en la que el docente se desempeña como Maestra de Grupo Escolar, y brinda capacitación a sus estudiantes en el Taller Pedagógico. Su función es la de capacitar a los estudiantes tanto para el ámbito laboral como en el desenvolvimiento de sus vidas cotidianas, para que, una vez finalizada su escolaridad, puedan continuar estimulados para incrementar sus conocimientos, con el fin de poder ser incluidos en el mercado laboral.
