</script>In this article we analyze the general principles of conventionality control, as devised by the Inter American Court of Human Rights. Additionally, we examine the most important positions in favor and against its application in order to show that this is not an absolute or undisputable idea. And, we also discuss the importance of ongoing debate and constructive criticism.
En el presente artículo exponemos las ideas generales del control de convencionalidad ideado por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Además, analizamos las posiciones a favor y en contra de su implementación, con el objetivo de mostrar que no se trata de una idea absoluta e irrefutable, así como la importancia de la discusión permanente y la crítica constructiva.
