Abstract

В статье рассматривается теоретическое наследие научно-педагогической школы И.Д. Чернышенко. Раскрывается концепция воспитания гражданина-труженика. Концентрируется внимание на выявлении основных компонентов трудового воспитания школьников: формировании знаний и убеждений о труде; нравственных качеств труженика, соответствующих потребностям экономики; необходимых умений и навыков в трудовой, конструкторской и изобретательской деятельности. Выявляются дидактические условия успешной подготовки школьников к труду, формы и содержание общественно полезной деятельности учащихся, уточняется роль внеклассной и внешкольной работы по трудовому воспитанию молодежи. Анализируются основные направления научно-педагогической исследовательской деятельности лаборатории: возможности учебных предметов в трудовом воспитании учащихся, организации совместной деятельности базовых предприятий, школ и учебно-производственных комбинатов в политехнической и трудовой подготовке старшеклассников, взаимосвязь трудового и экономического воспитания. =The article deals with the theoretical heritage of the scientific and pedagogical school of I.D. Chernyshenko. The concept of the citizen and worker upbringing is revealed. Attention is concentrated on the revealing of the main components of schoolchildren labor education: the formation of knowledge and convictions about labour; moral qualities of a citizen and worker which meet the industrial requirements; necessary skills and habits in labour, design and inventive activities. Didactic conditions of effective training of schoolchildren for work, the forms and contents of students’ socially useful work are brought out; the role of extra-curricular and out-of-school activities aimed at schoolchildren’s labour education is specified. Major directions of scientific and pedagogical work of the laboratory are analyzed: the possibilities of school subjects in children’s labour education, the organization of cooperative work of base enterprises, schools and educational labour centers in polytechnic and labour training of senior schoolchildren, the correlation of labour and economic education.
