Abstract

В статье автор анализирует соотношение правового и сельскохозяйственного регулирования почвоведения для растениеводства. Анализируются сельскохозяйственные мероприятия по улучшению и поддержания плодородия с позиции правового воздействия на них: типы почв в Российской Федерации и соответствующие зоны; государственная регистрация сельскохозяйственных земель, учитывающая качественный состав почв, бонитировка почв и другие мероприятия. Автор отмечает особое место мелиорации в системе подготовки почв для растениеводства и особенности ее правового регулирования. Также автор касается систем земледелия (систем обработки почв) и влияние на них правовых ограничений, закрепленных в российском законодательстве).
