Abstract

Цель данной работы заключается в проведении сравнительного анализа степени гомологии протеолитических ферментов человека (Homo sapiens) с модельными организмами, такими как свинья, мышь и легочной пресноводный моллюск Biomphalaria glabrata с аннотированным геномом. Предмет исследования - аминокислотные последовательности лизосомальных ферментов человека и модельных организмов.
