Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению места, роли, значения самостоятельной работы в подготовке специалистов художественного профиля. Технологии и методики организации самостоятельной работы студентов в сфере художественного образования и воспитания на сегодняшний день еще не полностью задействовали свой дидактический потенциал для вхождения в инновационную экономику, повышения профессиональной компетентности молодежи, развития их творческих качеств, инициативности, социальной мобильности, воспитания потребности в самосовершенствовании, саморазвитии и самореализации личности на протяжении всей жизни. В статье обобщается педагогический опыт по проблеме организации самостоятельной работы, анализируются недостатки в развитии компетенций будущих педагогов-художников по дисциплинам специальности. Проведенное исследование выявило проблемные психолого-педагогические аспекты подготовки специалиста художественного профиля, позволило определить ряд резервных направлений совершенствования профессионального мастерства посредством активизации самостоятельной деятельности студентов. = The article is devoted to the study of the place, role, the importance of independent work in the preparation of the artistic profile specialists. Technologies and methods of organizing independent work of students in the field of art education and upbringing today have not yet fully involved their didactic potential for entering the innovative economy, improving the professional competence of youth, the development of their creative qualities, initiative, social mobility, education of selfimprovement, self-development and self-realization throughout life. The article summarizes the pedagogical experience on the issue of organizing independent work, analyzes the shortcomings in the development of the competences of future teachers-artists on specialty disciplines. The study revealed problem psychological and pedagogical aspects of the training of a specialist artistic profile, made it possible to determine the reserve directions of improving professional skills by enhancing independent activities of students.
