Abstract

В статье представлена авторская модель формирования социокультурной компетентности у студентов юридических специальностей средствами социокультурной образовательной среды. Определены и описаны основные блоки и компоненты модели. Применение авторской модели предусматривает использование разработанной учебной программы «Основы использования социокультурной компетентности в юридической деятельности». = The article presents the author's model for the formation of law students’ sociocultural competence through the means of a sociocultural educational environment. The main blocks and components of the model are identified and described. The application of the author’s model involves the use of the developed training program «Fundamentals of the use of sociocultural competence in legal activity».
