
Статья посвящена проблеме взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и лидерских способностей. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования влияния эмоционального интеллекта на развитие лидерских способностей учащихся. Изучен характер взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и лидерских способностей с учетом половых различий. = The article is devoted to the problem of the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership abilities. The results of an empirical study of the influence of emotional intelligence on the development of students leadership abilities are presented. The nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership abilities is studied, taking into account gender differences.
