Сравнительно-правовой анализ российского и зарубежного антиэкстремистского законодательства (некоторые аспекты проблемы)

Abstract

В работе прослеживается однозначный вывод о крайне большой степени и уровне проработанности антиэкстремистских норм в российском праве, которое в данном вопросе не уступает зарубежному антиэкстремистскому законодательству. Все эти факторы, позволяют признать эффективными законодательные меры по борьбе с экстремизмом в Российской Федерации.
