Abstract

Цель статьи – изучить специфику лингвоправового регулирования оскорбления в юридическом дискурсе Беларуси и Британии. = The paradoxical feature of the situation requires serious theoretical understanding, the ultimate goal of which should be working out of a universal model for providing opinions on the issue of the moral damage infliction, which requires an obligatory detailed analysis of existing scientific views, approaches to the typologization and the structure of the speech act of insult.
