Abstract

В статье рассмотрены исторический и современный аспекты социально-правовой защиты семьи и детства. Проанализированы нормативно-правовые документы в области охраны детства. Охарактеризованы сущность и содержание социальной политики государства в отношении семьи и ребенка. = The article considers historical and modern aspects of social and legal protection of family and childhood. The normative-legal documents in the field of child protection are analyzed. The essence and content of the social policy of the state in relation to the family and the child are characterized.
