В статье дана характеристика современной системы отечественного музыкального образования; показана реализация начальной, средней и высшей ступеней музыкального образования в Витебске; проведен историко-педагогический анализ практики музыкального образования Витебска с XVIII в. до наших дней. = In article there is characteristic of modern system of belorussian musical education; showed realization of primary, middle and the highest stages of musical education in Vitebsk; the analysis of practice of musical education in Vitebsk from XVIII c. to our days.
