Abstract

В статье рассказывается о том, что вопросы наследования имущества важны для описания социальных и экономических явлений, которые имели место в крестьянской среде в пореформенный период, вместе с тем наблюдение изменений в практике наследования крестьян позволяет увидеть тенденции, связанные с трансформационными процессами в крестьянской общине.
