Abstract

В статье впервые осуществляется попытка исследования структурных особенностей именований одной из социальны групп жителей Витебска - владельцев торговых лавок. Материалом для исследования послужили данные, полученные в результате переписи жителей города, которая была проведена в Витебске в 1641 году в связи с возвращением городу Магдебурского права. Исследование подтвердило гипотезу о том, что представленное в "Инвентаре Витебска" 1641 года разделение владельцев торговых лавок на три группы соотносится в основе своей с тремя различающимися в структурно-семантическом плане группами их именований. Это, с одной стороны, очевидно свидетельствует о выраженной социальной неоднородности внутри самой группы витебских торговцев, с другой, - указывает на то, что основным источником пополнения этой социальной группы населения, в первую очередь, являлось крестьянство. = The article is the first attempt to study the structural features of the names of one of the social groups of Vitebsk residents - owners of trading shops. The material for the study was the data obtained as a result of the census of city residents, which was conducted in Vitebsk in 1641 in connection with the return of the Magdeburg Law to the city. The study confirmed the hypothesis that the division of owners of trading shops into three groups presented in the "Vitebsk Inventory" of 1641 is basically related to three different structurally and semantically groups of their names. On the one hand, this obviously indicates a pronounced social heterogeneity within the group of Vitebsk traders, on the other hand, it indicates that the main source of replenishment of this social group of the population, first of all, was the peasantry.
