Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается потенциал использования современных информационных технологий в преподавании и обучении спортивным играм в образовательных учреждениях. Авторы проанализировали ряд современных технологий, которые могут быть внедрены в молодежную физическую культуру и спорт, и выявили их потенциал для революционного изменения учебного процесса. В ходе исследования были поставлены цели и задачи, проведен социальный опрос, проанализированы существующие исследования. Авторы пришли к выводу, что использование молодежью современных технологий в физкультуре и спорте имеет множество преимуществ, включая вовлечение в занятия, лучшее отслеживание прогресса и здоровья, а также развитие инноваций в области физической культуры. Однако подчеркивается необходимость баланса между использованием современных технологий и традиционных методов в физической активности. = This article examines the potential of using modern information technologies in teaching and learning sports games in educational institutions. The authors analyzed a number of modern technologies that can be introduced into youth physical culture and sports, and identified their potential for revolutionary changes in the educational process. During the study, goals and objectives were set, a social survey was conducted, and existing research was analyzed. The authors concluded that young people's use of technology in physical education and sports has many benefits, including engagement in activities, better tracking of progress and health, and development of innovation in physical education. However, the needfor a balance between the use of modern technologies and traditional methods in physical activity is emphasized.
