Анализ факторов, влияющих на бизнес-процессы современной торговой организации

Abstract

Цель статьи - построение факторного пространства бизнес-процессов торговой организации. Материалом для изучения послужили бизнес-процессы торговых организаций Республики Беларусь. В рамках исследования была осуществлена систематизация факторов, влияющих на деятельность торговых организаций. Проведенное исследование позволило определить факторное пространство бизнес-процессов отечественной торговой организации, а также произвести классификацию имеющихся факторов с точки зрения их влияния на основные бизнес-процессы. Последующее проведение корреляционно-регрессионного анализа привело к формированию перечня факторов прямого воздействия, учет которых особенно важен при построении достоверной и эффективной бизнес-модели торговой организации.
