Abstract

В статье освещаются проблемы межличностных конфликтов в общении студентов колледжа, влияние конфликтов на поведение молодых людей. Раскрыта актуальность проблемы исследования. Описаны теоретические подходы к пониманию конфликта как социально-психологического феномена. Показано, что предметом конфликта могут быть противоречия разного порядка в системе целей, ценностей и интересов участников образовательного процесса. Представлены результаты исследования, цель которого - выявление особенностей межличностных конфликтов в общении учащихся колледжа. = The article highlights the problems of interpersonal conflicts in college students' communication, the impact of conflicts on the behavior of young people. The relevance of the research problem is revealed. Theoretical approaches to understanding conflict as a sociopsychological pheomenon are described. It is shown that the subject of conflict may be contradictions of different order in the system of goals, values and interests of participants in the educational process. The results of the study are presented, the purpose of which is to identify the features of interpersonal conflicts in the communication of college students.
