Abstract

В статье описаны особенности проявления просоциальности сотрудниками МЧС, которые рассматриваются как важная часть изучения их практической деятельности, что, предусматривает оказание помощи, проявление альтруизма, эмпатии, ответственности, соблюдение социальных норм и т. д. Продемонстрированы психологические характеристики публичного, анонимного, эмоционального, альтруистического, уступчивого, экстренного типов просоциальности сотрудников МЧС, которые позволяют оценить особенности профессионально-важных качеств работников, дать достоверный прогноз успешности их моральной подготовки и эффективности последующей профессиональной деятельности; выработать дифференцированные подходы и рекомендации по формированию необходимого уровня психологической пригодности и профессионализма сотрудников. = The article describes professional qualities that are an important part of studying practical activities of the MES staff. These qualities include the pro-sociality providing assistance, manifestation of altruism, empathy, responsibility and respect for social norms etc. It demonstrates psychological characteristics of public, anonymous, emotional, altruistic, compliant, emergency types of pro-sociality of staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that allow to estimate features of professional and important qualities of people and the authentic forecast of success of their moral preparation and efficiency of their professional activity; develop the differentiated approaches and the recommendations about formation of necessary level of psychological suitability and professionalism of employees.
