Анализ инновационной деятельности машиностроительных предприятий Украины

Abstract

Проведен анализ инновационной деятельности машиностроительных предприятий Украины. Предложены конкретные меры, которые будут способствовать инновационной активности в машиностроительной отрасли. Украина, имея значительный потенциал в отрасли новых технологий, новых проектноконструкторских разработок с мировым уровнем конкурентоспособности, использует его недостаточно. Инновационной деятельностью в промышленности в 2013 г. занимались 1472 предприятия, или 14,2% от общего их количества. В основном инновации заключались в создании и внедрении в производство новой или значительно усовершенствованной продукции и производственных процессов. Автором выявлены проблемы развития инновационной деятельности машиностроительных предприятий Украины: отсутствие национальной стратегии экономики знаний для повышения конкурентоспособности Украины; фактическое отсутствие государственной координации научно-технологической и инновационной сфер; непропорционально низкий уровень финансирования научно-технологической сферы относительно государственного бюджета и мировой практики; крайне недостаточное финансирование обновления научно-технической базы научных учреждений и высших учебные заведений; отсутствие стимулирующей роли налоговой системы для развития высокотехнологического сектора экономики и др. Государство должно активнее влиять на процессы создания, правовой охраны и использования интеллектуальной собственности в инновационной деятельности предприятий, которая обеспечит повышение конкурентоспособности продукции отечественных товаропроизводителей. Такое влияние может осуществляться как с применением лишь экономических рычагов, так и организационно-координационными методами. There is a large potential of new technologies in the engineering industries sector in Ukraine. Despite of new design development with the world level of competitiveness that potential is used not enough. In 2013 innovative activity in the machine building industry were engaged in the 1472 enterprise or 14.2% of their total number. Basically innovation was to create and implement into production of new or improved products and processes. The author reveals the problems of development of innovation engineering enterprises of Ukraine such as: absence of a national strategy for the knowledge economy to improve the competitiveness of Ukraine; virtual absence of state coordination of scientific and technological innovation sectors; a disproportionately low level of funding for scientific and technological sphere relative to the State budget and international practices; extremely inadequate fun ding update scientific and technical base of scientific institutions and higher education institutions, etc.The state should actively influence to the processes of creation, legal protection and use of intellectual property in innovative activity of enterprises. Such influence could be carried out using only the economic levers, and organizational and coordination methods.
