Abstract

В даній статті проведена оцінка енергоємності продукції в розрізі підприємств олійно-жирової галузі України. Розглянуто основні пріоритетні напрямки енергозбереження в олійно-жировій галузі, які зможуть значно підвищити ефективність використання енергоресурсів та відповідно, забезпечити конкурентоспроможність продукції на вітчизняному та світовому ринку. This paper evaluated the power consumption of the product by enterprises of oil and fat industry of Ukraine. The main priority areas of energy conservation in the oilseed industry that can significantly improve the efficiency of energy use and, accordingly, to ensure competitiveness in the domestic and international market.
