Модернизация выпарной установки концентрирования сахарного сока

Abstract

Рассмотрена задача модернизации установки выпаривания осветлённого сахарного сока, главной целью которой являлось снижение потребления внешних энергоносителей. Задача повышения энергоэффективности была решена в соответствие с принципами пинч-анализа. Значение минимальной температурной разности было найдено из условия достижения минимума общей приведенной стоимости. Для полученного значения минимальной температурной разности построены составные кривые, определены целевые значения утилит и построена сеточная диаграмма. В соответствие с правилами пинч-анализа размещено теплообменное оборудование. В статье приведена аргументация подбора разборных пластинчатых теплообменников фирмы Alfa Laval с учетом возможного загрязнения в процессе эксплуатации. Представлены результаты экономических расчетов, доказывающих эффективность предложенной схемы модернизации. The problem of evaporation plant for clarified sugar juice modernization which main aim was to reduce consumption of external energy carriers is considered. The problem of increase in energy efficiency was solved according to the principles of the pinch-analysis. Value of the minimum temperature difference was found from a condition of achievement of a total discounted cost minimum. For the received value of the minimum temperature difference composite curves were constructed, target values of utilities were defined and the grid diagram was constructed. In compliance with rules of the pinch-analysis the heat exchanging equipment was placed. The arguments of selection of Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, taking into account possible pollution in use, is provided in article. Results of the economic calculations proving efficiency of the offered scheme of modernization are presented.
