Організація сучасного навчального процесу, нової інформаційної культури - це вимоги сучасного світу. В роботі проведено аналіз факторів, що впливають на підготовку педагогічних працівників: навчальне середовище і його вплив на педагогічну культуру, особливості управління змішаним навчанням, нова роль викладача, компетенції викладача, особливості відкритих дистанційних курсів та відкритої освітньої практики. Результати аналізу використані при створенні відкритого дистанційного курсу для підготовки тьюторів дистанційного та змішаного навчання. Проведений навчальний процес показав високий рівень підготовки мотивованих викладачів, що сприяє подальшому розвитку курсу. Organization of a modern educational process, a new information culture is a requirement of the modern world. The paper analyzes the factors influencing the training of pedagogical workers: the educational environment and its impact on pedagogical culture, the peculiarities of blended learning management, the new role of the teacher, the competence of the teacher, the features of open distance courses and open educational practice. The results of the analysis were used to create an open distance course for the training of distance and blended learning tutors. The conducted educational process showed a high level of training of motivated teachers, which contributes to the further development of the course.
