У статті розглянуто питання організації та функціонування вітчизняного ринку молока та молочної продукції. Проаналізовано та здійснено оцінку сучасного стану ринкових відносин у молокопродуктовому підкомплексі. Здійснено огляд актуальних проблем та особливостей функціонування молокопереробного комплексу України, проаналізовано динаміку попиту й пропозиції на основні види молочної продукції. Окреслено можливості та напрями регулювання вітчизняного ринку молока. Сформульовано першочергові організаційно-економічні заходи, спрямовані на розширення експортного потенціалу українських молокопереробних підприємств. Метою роботи є висвітлення передумов розвитку молокопереробних підприємств України з огляду на світові та внутрішні особливості ринку. Розроблено пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення, методологічні положення для економічної оцінки стану та пропозицій розвитку молочного ринку. Запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення взаємовідносин між підприємствами молокопродуктового сектору. The issues of organization and functioning of the milk and dairy market are considered in the atricle. An estimation of the current state of market relations in the dairy product subcomplex has been analyzed and evaluated. The review of actual problems and features of the functioning of the dairy processing complex in Ukraine was analyzed, the dynamics of demand and supply on the main types of dairy products was analyzed. The possibilities and directions of regulation of the domestic milk market are outlined. The primary organizational and economic measures aimed at expanding the export potential of Ukrainian dairy processing enterprises are formulated. The aim of the work is to highlight the preconditi ons for the development of dairy processing enterprises of Ukraine in view of the world and internal market characteristics. Proposals for their improvement, methodological provisions for the economic evaluation of the state and proposals for the development of the dairy market have been developed. Proposed measures to improve the relationship between enterprises of the dairy sector.
