Проаналізовано сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку автотехнічної експертизи ДТП, існуючі критерії оцінювання якості розслідування аварійних ситуацій. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності експертизи ДТП на основі прийняття рішень за концепцією системного аналізу та використання модульної технології синтезу, яка надає засоби для автоматизації компонентного проектування інтегральної системи автотехнічної експертизи ДТП любого рівня складності та якості зі стандартних модулів, забезпечує високу гнучкість системи при зміні умов її функціонування. The modern state and progress of motor-vehicle examination of traffic accidents trends, existent criteria of evaluation of quality of investigation of emergency situations is analysed. The ways of efficiency increase of traffic accidents examination are offered on the basis of making decision after conception of systems analysis and use of synthesis module technology of system objects. Due to moduleness, the integral system of traffic accidents examination is offered provides high quality of realization of examination : research complexity, high flexibility for adaptation to the different terms, economy due to the cutback of spending, efficiency through possibility of operations automation of the same type character and gives facilities for a component computer-aided of the system of any level of complication and quality design from the standard modules by analogy with the stowage of computers, cars or programmatic complexes from the prepared blocks which are named stuff wares. The process of collection of information about the modules and their standardization is difficult enough and labour intensive. However in future it provides possibility quickly to create the new integral system of motor-vehicle examination of traffic accidents or modify it in accordance with the change of terms and requirements at investigation of circumstances of certain emergency situation.
