Abstract

Предлагается определение неисправностей, связанных с отгоранием питающих проводников или перегоранием спиралей трубчатых электронагревателей одинаковой мощности, включенных в трехфазную сеть по схеме звезда с нейтралью, путем контроля тока в нейтральном проводнике с помощью реле тока. Проведены исследования влияния допустимых отклонений напряжения питания и его несимметрии, отклонений электрических параметров электронагревателей на ток нейтрального провода при исправных нагревателях и в случае неисправностей, связанных с отгоранием питающих проводников или перегоранием их спиралей. По результатам исследования разработаны рекомендации по настройке уставок реле тока. Was offered a determination of the failure connected with wires’ burnout or burnout of spirals of tubular electric heaters with identical power included in a three-phase network according to the star scheme with a neutral, by the way of control of current in the neutral wire with the help of the current relay. Researches of influence of deviations of supply voltage and its asymmetry, deviations of electrical parameters of electric heaters on utral wire current in case of the normal functioning heaters and in case of the failures connected with wires’ burnout or burnout of their spirals were conducted. By results of a research were developed recommendations about setup of settings of the current relay.
