Abstract

In this paper modern base guidelines of pharmaceutical development of medicines as ICH Q8, ICH Q9 and ICH Q10have been analyzed. The opportunity of implementation "Quality by design" methodology in clinical trial management also have been studied. The model of quality management system on clinical site have been suggested which is integrate ISO 9001:2009 approaches into common normative structure for assurance of good conducting of clinical trial.
