Abstract

Principles of building of modern complicated computer-aided neurosurgical complex and base components of these complex (visualization systems, surgical devises, manipulators and methods of surgical planning) are considered. Capabilities of intrascopy devises and surgical manipulators are described. Principles of high-precision computer-aided guidance of surgical tool in these complex are described. Perspective methods of surgical planning (virtual surgical room) are proposed. This method based on complicated algorithms of digital image processing.
